I got really identified by the OCD energy redirection, as I suffer this illness it will be really interesting and helpful if he can write a book regarding this subject to learn a way to acomplish it.
What I did not like:

He could use some subtitles in the content of each chapter, I got lost so easily :( and I do not know if it is a kindle format issue.
The abstraction and ethereal analogies of the methodology not explained enough, but that may be just myself.

While not a quick read, it features amusing life experiences in relation to overcoming complex situations.
Insightful presentation on the inefficiencies facing numerous industries which can keep a business running at the "status quo" instead of excelling. The author offers helpful guidance in an effort to quell these issues which often stagnate even the best laid plans!
Highly recommended for any level of management.
I have been in the nuclear industry for over thirty years and I can related to every sentence written in this book. The book provides the reader insight into why things are done the way they are so that you as the reader may challenge the officious malarkey. The book is very insightful, I highly recommend the book for anyone that works in any form of industry where bureaucratic nonsense reigns.
Having also worked in similar environments for more than 30 years, I completely agree with Mr. Johnson with respect to the "goofiness" that can suffocate all common sense. Even this very week, incredible amounts of man-hours were spent attempting to unravel a massively complex regulatory stranglehold by applying common sense. Most likely, many more man-hours and countless dollars will be spent to make matters yet more complicated. Mr. Johnson introduces a unique approach which, when mastered, can provide the tools to more efficiently run any massive project.

As a marketer in the vending industry, I often wonder how is it that in a Fortune 500 company the problems constantly grow with no solution in sight. Furthermore, the exorbitant amount of resources we toss carelessly in attempt to instantly address the issues short-term rather than solve them long-term. In this book, Mr. Johnson provides great insight into why we allow such "goofiness" to accumulate in our organizations whether it be a Fortune 500 company or a Mom-n-Pop corner store. This book is very helpful in shedding light on the oddities in our workplace. A++ read. I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone.
This book is unlike any other I have read in my lifetime. The subject matter is symbolized using real life stories of the author as he was growing up which add a comical flare. The author discusses complexities that exist in industry and in most of everyone's lives that continue without resolution. Having spent years in China and many years in industry,
the author relates simple methodology for mastering these complexities using the ancient wisdom of the Chinese people and modern insight. I enjoyed reading this book and will apply it's ideas to my everyday life. I recommend this book to everyone, especially those working in any form of industry.
The sentences are overly verbose. I seem to follow them and get lost the point easily. "So what's the point of this paragraph?"
This book drains more mental power for learning a unit of knowledge. You'll eventually master the massive complexity of this book, if you finish it.
